All exchanges are handled through the defective merchandise exchange form on this website. No in-store exchanges are allowed.
All sex toys are sold as adult novelties only.
No exchange of any panties or items with panties.
Customer may check any purchased battery operated sex toy before leaving the store.
All sex toy exchange policies are in place due to OSHA and FDA regulations.
Sex Toys and Lingerie limited exchange only if unused and defective. The original packaging must be undamaged and included with the returned item.
Condoms, sex pills, lubricants, aphrodisiacs, candles and lotions/potions may not be returned for any reason.
All exchanges must be within in 7 days of purchase and you must have your original receipt. No Exceptions.
Lost receipts may be recovered for a $20 fee Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. You must know the date of the purchase and it may only be reprinted at the store at which it was originally purchased.
All mailed exchanges found to be defective will be issued a gift card as replacement.
Any defective item outside of our 7 day exchange period must be returned to the manufacturer. Most products have warranty cards enclosed.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact the manufacturer of said product at the address on the packaging.
