Defective Merchandise Exchanges

All defective exchange returns must adhere to our Exchange Policies.
In the event the returned item is found to be defective, a gift card will be sent to the email address you enter below.
All shipments must be sent via United States Postal Service. Packages will not be accepted from UPS or FedEx.
No in-person drop offs or pick ups.

If you have a defective item you would like to exchange and it meets the requirements of our Exchange Policies,
please fill out the form below. You will be emailed instructions on how to return the defective item.

You must enter your zip (5 digits only, no zip+4).
You must enter your phone number (digits only, no dashes, spaces or other characters).
You must enter your email.
You must select a store.
You must enter your receipt number (Begins with SALE and located on the bottom of the receipt.
You must enter a description of the defective item (title, upc code, etc).
You must enter a description of the defect (what specifically does it do or not do that you believe it should).
