Le Tache Couples Boutique is looking for a customer-focused
to be the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.
As a Manager/Sales Associates, this individual will be working in a
Le Tache Couples Boutique
store, guiding customers through their purchase decisions.
A Manager/Sales Associates role is responsible for meeting established sales
objectives by matching customer needs with the right products. As a
member of the sales team, this role requires strong interpersonal
skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
To be successful in this role, this individual should have an aptitude
for sensing and responding to various consumer types.
In addition to customer service responsibilities, this individual
plays a key role in maximizing sales and profitability by focusing
on key business initiatives, store merchandising, inventory management,
and loss prevention. Operational duties may include paperwork and
completion of sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing.
Our top sales associates receive a bonus at the end every month equal
to a percentage of their overall sales for the month.
Ensuring store is open daily and on time

Sales Associate's Primary Responsibilities:
Grow the business through ensuring individual sales targets are met
Promote Quality Customer Experience
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through exhibiting best-in-class customer service skills
Aid customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
Create a positive experience for customers through ensuring the sales floor remain visually appealing
Assist with sales floor up-keep, store cleanliness, sales floor inventory counts and stock replenishment
Clearly explain and illustrate products to customers
Build customer loyalty through strategically offering product suggestions the customers wants
Our schedule alternates weekly. One week you will work the A schedule,
the next you will work the B schedule.
A Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (about 54 hours total)
B Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (about 44 hours total)
3 years retail/sales management
Business understanding and product knowledge

Sales Associates Qualifications:
Cash handling and register closing experience
Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes
weekends, evenings and holidays
Ability to meet established sales targets
Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods
of time to greet and assist customers
High school diploma, GED or relevant experience
Minimum 1 year retail sales
Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability
to work at a variety of retail locations
Eligibility to work in the United States
